Project enquiries
When the enquiry form is available, we collect your name, email address, selected service, project description, and any optional business name, budget range, timeframe, or telephone number you provide. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information.
Accepted enquiries are stored in our Supabase database. We use the information to review your request, ask follow-up questions, prepare a possible scope and quote, and keep private notes on that conversation. Submission does not sign you up to marketing emails. This website does not send automated enquiry email notifications.
Access and service providers
Enquiries and internal notes are restricted to authorised administrators. Supabase provides database storage, authentication, and public project image storage; the hosting provider handles website requests. These providers may process information outside Zimbabwe.
Abuse prevention
We use server validation, an invisible spam field, and request timing checks. We also use keyed hashes of your email and a network identifier for rate limiting. The application does not store a raw IP address in the enquiry or rate-limit tables. Rate-limit counters are retained for up to seven days and cleaned when new submissions are processed. The hosting provider may separately maintain technical request logs.
Cookies and tracking
Public pages do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or browser storage. Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies needed to maintain a private session.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information while it is needed for the project discussion and related business records. We review older records and remove information no longer needed. You may request access, correction, or deletion through an existing conversation with us. When available, our contact page provides a way to begin a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Public project images
Project images displayed on this website are public assets. They should not contain private client information or personal data that is not intended for publication.
